(ref 7000) Beautiful, spacious villa in a unique area, both for sports and culture. The villa is situated on a large plot. A different Spain, that's how we would describe this area. Different compared to the many options you'll find on our website, all of which are relatively close to the sea. These villas are located inland on the Costa Cálida, but are not oriented towards the coast. The surroundings here are beautiful, and there's plenty to do and see. The layout of these rectangular villas with three bedrooms: You enter into a hallway. On one side of it is a small storage room and space for the washing machine. This villa features a "day" and a "night" area. The spacious, fairly square living room has a truly enormous sliding door that opens onto the terrace and garden. The open-plan kitchen is L-shaped and placed against the back wall. In front of it is a small table, serving as a breakfast table or cozy bar. A door leads to the "night" area. At the front of the house are the second bathroom and the third bedroom. Facing the garden, you'll find the second bedroom and, adjacent to it, the master bedroom, with a dressing area and en-suite bathroom that stretches from the front to the back of the house. This master suite, like bedroom two, has direct access to the terrace through sliding doors. The partially covered terrace offers ample space for a dining area, lounge set, sun loungers, etc. In the garden, you'll find a lovely 7 x 3.5 m swimming pool. The garden is truly spacious, offering plenty of space to enjoy the Spanish sun and create shady spots. Parking is available in the garden, if desired. There is parking for two cars. Daily amenities are available in the village, such as supermarkets, shops, sports facilities, restaurants, bars, and terraces.
