(ref 3032) Wonderful villa with private pool and roof terrace on a luxury resort. 10 km from the sea. Includes basement. La Finca Golf... we're fans! A golf resort that doesn't rest on its laurels but has ambitions to become even better. They don't shy away from the associated investments. For example, in recent years, a luxury 5-star hotel has been built, several very different restaurants have opened, and numerous sports facilities have been added. The golf course itself already had an excellent reputation, and they want to maintain that! The layout of the villas... There are two models, which are similar in many respects in terms of layout, but differ in details. The style and finishes are the same in both models. The living room is similar in both cases: a spacious sitting area, ample space for the dining table, and adjoining the open-plan kitchen with a cooking island. The kitchen units are arranged against the back wall, and the cooktop is integrated into the island. There's room for some bar stools here, creating a "breakfast bar." Always a cozy spot! In one model, the third bedroom, with a built-in wardrobe, is located behind the kitchen. Small sliding doors lead to the garden behind the house. A hallway leads to the other bedrooms. This way, you first pass the second bathroom and the second bedroom, before reaching the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The photos show this layout. There's only one of this model left, with a large basement measuring a whopping 114 m²! In the other model (UNFORTUNATELY SOLD OUT), all the bedrooms are located in that hallway. The order is: second bathroom (also a guest toilet), second bedroom, third bedroom, and then the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. A staircase leads upstairs between the living room and the sleeping area. The space below has been utilized by creating access from the kitchen to create a storage room or laundry room. Once you reach the roof terrace (solarium in Spanish), you realize just how wonderful a roof terrace can be. It's really too hot there in midsummer, but it's wonderful in spring and autumn, and especially in winter! The roof terrace of one model is slightly smaller than the other (45 m² compared to 58 m²). However, within a surface area of approximately 9 x 5 m², there's plenty of room for everything, such as sunbeds, a lounge set, etc. For privacy, part of the roof terrace is walled, but there's also a glass wall. Parking is available in the garden, although there's also plenty of space on the street. A lovely swimming pool is included in the price. The garden comes with a basic layout (including a 45 or 65 m² terrace), automatic irrigation, artificial grass, and some plants and shrubs. The location of the model depends on the shape of the plot. The first model is suitable for a more square plot, the second for more elongated plots. In addition, the view is important to you, as is the position of the plots in relation to each other and the road. There are five plots where the villas face the road with their back gardens, and that's also where the parking is located. Other plots have access, and therefore also the parking space, through the front garden. Only on-site can you determine which option is best for you.
