Layout of the Villas
Example Model BThis single-story villa features private parking for two cars adjacent to the house, separated from the terrace and pool area. The villa is L-shaped. Upon entering, the hall opens onto the spacious living room (60 m²) with an open-plan kitchen and a cooking island with space for three breakfast bar stools. This room is bathed in sunlight through windows on both sides of the house. Large sliding doors provide direct access to the terrace and garden. On the other side of the house are the three bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom features a 7 m² walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms also have their own en-suite bathrooms. A separate toilet is available for guests. Behind the kitchen is a laundry room for a washing machine and dryer. Because the villa is L-shaped and situated on a spacious plot, there is plenty of garden space to enjoy the fresh air and the Spanish sun. You can walk around the house and create nice seating areas in the garden, sheltered in the sun or shade.
Example Model CThe house has a ground floor and a first floor. Upon entering the hall, there's a separate toilet for your guests, and to the right is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The master bedroom has large sliding doors with direct access to the terrace and garden. There's also a living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen island is the dining table. Behind the kitchen is a separate space for storage or a washing machine and dryer. The living room features a TV wall with a built-in fireplace and sliding doors leading to the partially covered terrace.
