Layout of the Villas
You enter the hall via a driveway (with space for two cars). Here you'll find a wardrobe, a guest toilet, and a separate laundry room. On one side of the hall is the large living room with an open-plan kitchen (together 47 m²). The kitchen is L-shaped, with a luxurious island in front. The living room features large glass walls and sliding doors that open wide, allowing you to truly integrate the large terrace into the living room. This offers a direct view of the pool! On the other side of the hall is the "night area." This basement benefits from natural light, so you could use it for a variety of purposes, such as an additional lounge sofa, playroom, or office.
